The health service and particular the primary care sector are facing enormous challenges driven by demographic change and availability and distribution of resources into the sector. This is further cemented by policy changes to shift away from the current ‘hospital-centric’ model of care and develop a new integrated model of care where patients are treated at the ‘lowest level of complexity that is safe, timely, efficient and as close to home as possible’ (DoH, 2012).
To aid and offer solutions for those challenges eHealth Technology Solutions was established in 2019. Our focus is to deploy existing and emerging technologies to enable the Primary Care sector to meet the difficulties outlined above. All of our team have been involved with Primary care sector and come from a technical, operational and academical backgrounds. We also maintain a panel of experts in complementary areas to draw from to offer the best fit and service to any of our customers.
