We will look at the vision, strategy, structure, management and operations of a practice. Our consultants can assist by identifying options with recommendations and providing support for the implementation of solutions.
How can we help you?
We will carry out a review of the whole practice team or specific groups of staff, which would include interviews with staff and partners and report with recommendations to the practice. Areas covered include:
- Assessing the workload, skill mix and skills of individual members of staff
- Identifying improvements to partnership team-working, decision-making, communications, leadership and clinical workload management
- Advising on operational systems, including the appointments system and patient access
- Reviewing management and administrative structures
- Advising on individual performance issues or poor team-working
- Advising and leading on any subsequent HR processes to ensure compliance with best HR standards and guidelines
- Optimising claims and subsidy processing
- Look at integration and improvements for the electronic workflow
Our Consultants
All our consultants have an in depth knowledge of practice management, having worked in and with successful practices and organisations in primary care over a number of years.
What is the cost?
If you decide, after your discussion, that you would like to go ahead, then the daily rate is €925.00 plus VAT per day or €595.00 plus VAT for half a day. The daily rate can also be pro rata for part days, as required.
A detailed breakdown of our charges will be supplied prior to commencement.
